Double-dipping

Finally...some good news from the doctor.  Lily's ear are all clear!!  I pretty much knew this since she has been eating/sleeping/playing so well since this last round of antiobiotics.  But, it was reassuring to hear this from the doctor. 

I know that all too often I get caught up in the hustle of the day, and don't stop to enjoy the little moments.  The other night, Lily and I were sharing a bowl of applesauce.  I couldn't help but smile as she practiced using her spoon.  Then she decided she wanted to try my spoon.  Then she decided that two spoons are better than one. 

 And, sometimes no spoons are necessary.

You cannot tell from this picture, but Lil has some more teeth- two on the top and two molars. 

Her vocabulary seems to grow every day.  One of her favorite words right now is "Okay" or "It's okay".  She often answers a question with "Okay" or sometimes she will make a request and follow up with an "okay" as if to answer her own question.  She'll say something like, "Milk...okay." 

That's all for now.  Hoping some warmer, dryer weather comes our way soon.
